Vendor Eligibility
- Artists under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- All works must be original creations of the exhibiting artist. This event welcomes artists working in all media; however, all items must be handmade or artist-designed.
- All applicants must submit three clear color photographs of their work PLUS one photo of their booth. Images should be current and accurately represent what the artist will display at the show. Spaces may not be shared.
- In the event of inclement weather, all activities will move inside the Academy Warehouse Theatre. This may change the available space for your setup. Tents are not permitted indoors.
- Deadline for submissions is October 29, 2025.
Fees & Deadlines
Booth Fee for a 6’ x 6’ space:

$110 – Early Bird Rate (available until October 1, 2025)

$125 – Regular Rate (after October 1, 2025)
- Booth fee is due with the application and payable to the Academy Center of the Arts.
- Booth fees will be refunded only if the event is canceled.
At the time of submitting your application, please pay the Application and Booth fee online here.
No commission will be taken by the Academy Center of the Arts on sales made during the event.
